Delete DemoShield

HOW DO I DELETE DemoShield FROM MY COMPUTER; I KEEP GETTING "Launching a DemoShield production, please wait one moment" AND THEN "DemoShield Player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
